AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) Support

The JDBC source supports AWS RDS Databases.

To create a successful connection with AWS RDS database, complete the following:

Obtain the Public IP of the virtual appliance (VA) connected to your source.
On the AWS Console, go to the JDBC RDS instance and update the public IP of the VA in the security groups' inbound rules with the Type, Protocol, Port, and Source.
After the update, in step 2, perform the test connection.
