Authentication Settings

Perform the following steps to configure the required fields and authenticate the source:

In the Connection Timeout field, choose an entry (in minutes) for the timeout of the connection. By default, it is one minute.
In the API URL field, enter the API URL of SymXchange instance that contains the web services SymXchange version. Ensure that the SymXchange port mentioned in the URL is opened in firewall.
In the Password field, enter the password of administrator that is required to authenticate the SymXchange instance.
In the Device Type field, enter the device type that is assigned to the SymXchange instance.
In the Device Number field, enter the device number that is assigned to the SymXchange instance.
In the File Name field, enter the file name of powerON script that returns user data. Ensure that the powerON script has been imported on the SymXchange server.
Select Save.
