System Requirements

The Ivanti Cherwell Service Management System is deployed on the cloud.
Network requirements: The Virtual Appliance(VA) needs to be able to connect to the ITSM system only when using VA based ConnectionType, typically using outbound access for port 443 (HTTPS).
