Hide the Price for Access Requests
By default, the ServiceNow Portal associates a price with each request that a user adds to their cart. To override this default behavior and hide the price from both the cart and the Request Portal, you’ll need to change the associated system properties. Follow the process described below to do this.
To hide the price for access requests made using the integration:

Use the search filter to search for System Properties, then select Categories in the left menu.

Locate
Catalog Cart
in the list and click its name to view its record. -
Click the
glide.sc.use_cart_layouts
link to open its record. -
To edit the record, you’ll need to enter the Global application. Click the prompt at the top of the page to do so.

Set the Value to
false
and click Update to save your changes. -
Next, use the search filter to search for Catalog Definitions and select Maintain Items in the left menu.

Locate the
SailPoint Access Request
item in the list and click it to display its details -
Click the Pricing tab and check the Omit price in cart option.

Click the Portal Settings tab and select “Submit” from the Request method drop-down menu
The 3 related “Hide” options below are automatically checked.

Click Update to save your changes.
