The implementation of SailPoint solutions can be complex and requires knowledge of identity governance and target systems. If you need assistance, contact your implementation partner or ask your Customer Success Manager about options for help from SailPoint. We offer billable Professional Services/Expert Services. These services are particularly valuable during new implementations.
Important
SailPoint is not responsible for the availability of API keys and other credentials or permissions that may be necessary to access and use Outside Technologies with which the connectors integrate (the “API Keys”) and Customer is responsible for maintaining the API Keys.

Direct sources provide an interface for reading user account data and provisioning changes from IdentityNow to target systems and applications. |
Service Desk Integrations bring the service desk experience to SailPoint's platform. Users can raise, track, and close service desk tickets (Service / Incident / Change). |
Collaboration integrations enable users to submit requests to IdentityNow directly from the source application. Configuration of these applications is done in the source application itself, rather than in IdentityNow. |
These connectors can be used to upload data to IdentityNow from the Source without a virtual appliance cluster. |
Credential provider integrations facilitate credential rotation processes initiated by access management systems for privileged accounts. |
