Create Channel Attributes
The create channel provisioning policy attributes:
Display Name
The name of the channel.
Include Creator
When checked, the creator will be part of the channel.
Org Wide
When checked, the channel will be available org-wide.
Team ID
Team ID associated with the Slack channel
