IdentityIQ integration for SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) aggregates and provisions business users along with their entitlements of the connected systems. It is recommended to use SAP Cloud Identity services along with IAG setup as a centralized user database for provisioning users and entitlements to the downstream systems.

This guide is designed to give specific information about the requirements and field definitions needed to get a working instance of a SAP IAG connector in SailPoint.

Caution

If you are implementing SAP IAG integration with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.3p5, you must obtain a necessary eFix from SailPoint Support before configuring the SAP IAG connector. This eFix addresses recent SAP API modifications that may impact the connector's aggregation functionality. Contact SailPoint Support for the eFix and guidance to ensure a smooth integration.
