Provisioning Policy Attributes
IdentityIQ provisions new accounts based on the way attributes are mapped on the provisioning request form. The information on this page serves as instructions or a template for what information to include in the account.
Note
- Create and Update Account is applicable for Buyer users only.
- Provisioning Operations are applicable for Buyer users only.

Account Attribute | Description |

Login Name |
A unique identifier for the user. This is a mandatory attribute. |
First Name |
The first name of the user. |
Last Name |
The last name of the user. |
Display Name |
The display name of the user. |
Login Authentication Type |
The login authentication type. |
Manager |
The id of the user. |
Division |
The primary business unit of the user. |

Note
There are no mandatory parameters for Update Account.

Deactivation Date |
The deactivation date of the user. |
Street Address |
The address of the user (Address 1 field of SAP Fieldglass). |
Country |
The country of the user. The country should be updated along with the street address. |
Postal Code |
The postal code of the user. |
Job Title |
The job title of the user. |
TimeZone |
The timezone of the user. |

The business unit the user has access to. *Add the display name of this attribute in the schema as well as in report’s display name field. |
