This document is designed to give specific information about the requirements and field definitions needed to get a working instance of a SAP Direct connector in SailPoint.

SAP Enterprise Resource Planning software solution is an integrated software solution that incorporates the key business functions of the organization.

IdentityIQ for SAP ERP aggregates and provisions all the users along with their roles/profiles of the SAP system.

IdentityIQ for SAP ERP supports provisioning to a standalone SAP system as well as SAP Central User Administration (CUA) system.

  • Manages indirect roles with the help of SAP HR Organization data.

  • Differentiate between TCodes added through the menu, TCodes added directly, and other menu items. This enhancement is made possible by the introduction of three new attributes in the Role schema. It also provides users with greater flexibility and control over their SAP Direct connector experience.

  • Provides more efficient management of SAP Licenses by utilizing the License ID field instead of relying solely on the description field. This enhancement is particularly advantageous for SAP systems that offer multiple client language support.

  • The SailPoint SAP Direct connector has been enhanced to now support S/4HANA Private Cloud on AWS, a managed service offering included within SAP RISE.
