Group Attributes
This section describes the different group attributes.
Responsibility GroupObjectType Attributes
List of the Responsibility GroupObjectType attributes:

The name of the responsibility.

The application that owns the information for the responsibility.

The responsibility identifier.
This is an Identity Attribute which must not be changed.

The internal developer name for responsibility.

The date the responsibility becomes active.

The date the responsibility expires.

The description

Shows the status of the responsibility.

The version.

The IP address or alias of the computer where the Webserver is running. Defaults to the last agent.

The name of Oracle Web Agent. Defaults to the last agent.

The name of the data group application.

The request group application name.

The identifier of the data group.

The name of the Data Group.

The name of the menu.

The request group name.

The menu assigned to a responsibility.
Role GroupObjectType Attributes
List of the Role GroupObjectType attributes:

An internal name for the role.
This is an Identity Attribute which must not be changed.

The display name of the role.

The description

The date at which the role becomes valid.

The date at which the role is no longer valid in the directory service.

The application that owns the information for the role.

The availability of the role to participate in a workflow process.

The subordinate roles for a role.

Subordinate responsibilities for a role.
MENU GroupObjectType Attributes
List of MENU GroupObjectType attributes:

An internal ID for the menu.
This is an Identity Attribute which must not be changed.

The name of the menu.

The type of menu.

The list of sub-menus.

The functions assigned to a menu.
Additional MENU Schema Attributes
Add the following additional MENU schema attributes manually by selecting Add New Schema Attribute or through the application debug page:

The security group ID of a menu.

The display name of the menu.

The details of sub menus, functions, description and the associated grants.

The date that the menu was last updated on.

The last user that logged to update the menu.

The last update login of the session when the changes were done.

The menu creation date.

The menu creation user.
