Direct sources provide interfaces for reading user account data and provisioning changes from IdentityIQ to target systems and applications.

Service Desk Integrations bring the service desk experience to SailPoint's platform. Users can raise, track, and close service desk tickets (Service / Incident / Change).

Desktop Password Reset allows users to access any web-based password management solution to change their password - even if they have forgotten their password or they are locked out of their computer.
