Create Account / Provisioning Policy Attributes

When SailPoint provisions new accounts to an Atlassian Suite source, it uses the attributes on the Create Account page as instructions or a template for what to include in the account. This page is also referred to as the provisioning policy.

Important
If the default attribute mapping configuration doesn't meet your specific requirements, you can edit it. SailPoint recommends that you work with Services if you need assistance, to ensure accounts are provisioned as expected.

The following generators create the required information for a new Atlassian Suite account:

Create Account Attributes	Identity Attribute	Description
name	Create Unique Account ID	The user name of an Atlassian Jira software user
emailAddress	Work Email	The email address of the user Note If there is any issue with the aggregation of the emailAddress attribute, note that the emailAddress attribute is aggregated only for accounts from those domains that belong to the service account's domain.
displayName	Display Name	The display name of the user
password	Disable	The password of the user
Send notification email	Disable	This sends an email to the user that you want to create. The notification will enable the user to set password. By default, it is set to false and a notification will not be sent
