Delete Account Provisioning Policy

Delete account provisioning refers to the method by which SailPoint IdentityIQ deletes the accounts from the Zoom application. The attributes on the delete account provisioning policy provides an instruction or a template for what should be included in the delete provisioning form.

Delete Account Attributes

The following table shows the default delete account provisioning policy attributes and the information required for deleting Zoom users. You may need to edit the contents.

Transfer data to other user before delete (transfer_data)

Set the Boolean value to true to transfer all data. The default is false.

Transfer email (transfer_email)

Enter the user's email address to which data must be sent before the current user gets deleted.

Transfer meeting (transfer_meeting)

Set the Boolean value to true to transfer meeting data. The default is false.

Transfer webinar (transfer_webinar)

Set the Boolean value to true to transfer webinar data. The default is false.

Transfer recording (transfer_recording)

Set the Boolean value to true to transfer recordings data. The default is false.

Transfer whiteboard (transfer_whiteboard)

Set the Boolean value to true to transfer whiteboard data. The default is false.
