The SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution helps prepare people for the future with innovative capabilities to drive skills management, learning, and development. The LMS is a software tool that allows you to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs.

Integrating SuccessFactors LMS with SailPoint connector facilitates aggregation and assignment of user training information. The integration assists in aggregating the courses users are actively engaging with or have completed in the past. It also enables aggregating all active courses within SuccessFactors LMS, making them easily assignable to users through SailPoint IdentityIQ.
