Hide the Price for Access Requests
By default, the ServiceNow Portal associates a price with each request that a user adds to their cart. To override this behavior and hide the price from both the cart and the Request Portal, you’ll need to change the associated system properties.
To hide the price:

Use the search filter to search for System Properties, then select Categories in the menu.

Locate Catalog Cart in the list and select its name to view its record.

Select the
glide.sc.use_cart_layouts
link to open its record. -
To edit the record, select the prompt to enter the Global application.

Set the Value to
false
and select Update to save the changes. -
Use the search filter to search for Catalog Definitions and select Maintain Items in the menu.

Locate the SailPoint Access Request item in the list and select it to display its details.

Select the Pricing tab and select the Omit price in cart checkbox.

Select the Portal Settings tab and select Submit from the Request method list.
The three related "Hide" options below are automatically selected.

Select Update to save your changes.
