Requesting the ServiceNow Application From the ServiceNow Store

The following SailPoint applications are currently available in the ServiceNow Store for you to request and install:

Go to SailPoint IdentityNow for Service Catalog and select Request App. The request will then be routed to SailPoint for approval. You'll receive a notification after approval of the request, and you can install the application using the standard ServiceNow Store application process.

Go to SailPoint for Service Desk and select Request App. The request will then be routed to SailPoint for approval. You'll receive a notification after approval of the request, and you can install the application using the standard ServiceNow Store application process.

Go to SailPoint Identity Governance Connector and select Get to install the application. There is no approval required for the SailPoint Identity Governance Connector.

Note
Even if you have already configured the ServiceNow store application and are currently using the VA based ServiceNow connector, the same store application must to be used.
