Account Attributes

The following lists the account attributes:

The academic grade attained by the employee. This is the "Title" associated with the person.

The address of the employee.

The address type of the employee. For example, home/work.

Short text: Subtype

The address type code of the employee.

The administrative group to which the employee belongs.

The name supplement. For example, Lord/Lady.

Short text: other title

The birth date of the employee.

The birth name of the employee.

The birth place of the employee.

The business area.

The central person ID associated with the employee.

This is an Identity Attribute which must not be changed.

The city in which the employee is located.

The controlling area.

The company code.

The company name associated with the employee.

Work contract information

The cost center to which the employee is associated.

The country in which the employee is located.

Short text: Country key

The country code.

The country in which the employee was born.

The country code for the country in which the employee was born.

The district in which the employee is located (or reports to).

The Employee Group to which the employee belongs.

An Employee Group is a subdivision of a Personnel Subarea that determines benefits based on hours worked.

The email address associated with the account

The employee number.

This is an Identity Attribute which must not be changed.

The first name.

The form of address. For example, Miss/Mrs/Sir.

The full legal name.

The fund name.

The funds center name.

Stores the Effective Dates for manager change and last name change in the following format:

The gender code.

The personnel identification number. For example, Social Security Number.

The initials of the employee.

The job title.

The nickname or preferred name of the employee.

The primary language.

The surname.

The legal person assigned to the account

The marital status code.

The valid start date for the employees current marital status.

The marital status key.

The middle name.

The full employee name.

The name format indicator.

The nationality.

The name of the state of birth.

The name of the third nationality.

The nationality code.

The organizational key.

The organizational unit.

The name of the religion

A two-character code used to identify a religious denomination.

The secondary academic grade.

The second line of the address.

The secondary name prefix.

The state in which the employee is located.

The state abbreviation.

The current employment status.

The future employment status.

The effective start date of the future employment status.

The employee Subgroup information.
