SailPoint's Oracle ERP – Siebel connector supports the following versions of Siebel's CRM Managed System:

Siebel CRM version 17.0.0.0 (IP 2017) along with patches 18.X, 19.X, 20.X, 21.X, 22.X and 23.X
Siebel CRM version 16.0.0.0 (IP 2016)
