SailPoint's Oracle ERP – Siebel connector manages entities in Oracle's Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Here, the employee roles are managed as accounts and position objects are referred to as account groups. By default, the Oracle ERP – Siebel connector uses the employee Siebel business component of the employee Siebel business object for account provisioning. For account and group provisioning, the integration module uses the position business component of the position business object. You can configure the integration module to manage other Siebel business objects or components in account and account group provisioning. The integration module manages both single and multi-valued attributes of the Siebel system. You can modify the integration module schema to manage attributes other than the schema that comes with integration module.
