Importing User Details from HP Service Manager (MicroFocus) to IdentityIQ

Navigate to application definition and click on Add New Application button.
Enter the application name in the Name field and select the owner.
Select the application type as DelimitedFile.
Mention the File Path details under the Configuration tab and list the column names under the Columns section in the same order as that present in the export.csv file.
Insert the value as ‘,’ in the Delimiter field.
Under the Schema tab click on Discover SchemaAttributes and mention Identity attribute as Contact Name.
Click on Preview and Save the application.
