Connection Settings

Choose the appropriate authentication type and provide the information required to connect and interact with the source.

To configure connection settings, complete the following:

Enter the Hostname for the LDAP server.
Enter the Port number that the server communicates through.
Enter the User account to authenticate with the server.
Enter the Password to authenticate the user account.
Select one of the following Authorization Types based on your requirements:
- Select Simple to use a clear text password for the Service Account.
- Select None if you do not want to use authorization when connecting to the server.
(Optional) Enable Use TLSto use TLS to connect to the server.
(Optional) Enter the Authentication Search Attributes used to search accounts if your authenticating with pass-through authentication. By default SailPoint provides the following search Authentication Search Attributes:

cn, uid, mail
Select Save.
