Prerequisites

Configure at least one application to generate manual tasks for Provisioning.
Be familiar with Apache Velocity scripting. For more information, refer to Apache Velocity Engine - Getting Started.
Aggregate the customers from the Cherwell Service Management system into SailPoint.
Create a new Client ID for the service account. For more information, refer to Obtaining API Client IDs.
