Overview

This Integration Module creates Service Requests, Incidents and Change Requests in HP Service Manager for the configured operations (for example, Change Password, Request Entitlement and so on) for the configured application.

Enter the following command to enable log4j2 tracing on MicroFocus Service Manager Service Desk component:

logger.integration_hpservicemanager.name=sailpoint.integration.hpservicemanager
logger.integration_hpservicemanager.level=debug,file
