Overview

The Application based integration between SailPoint and IT Service Desk System using REST WebServices enables customers to create service requests, incidents, and change requests in IT Service Desk System for the configured operations (for example, creating account, removing/deleting access and other operations) for the configured application using rest APIs. The seamless integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ for IT Service Desk System eliminates the need to build and maintain a custom integration and reduces time-to-deployment.

ServiceNow Service Desk must be configured by importing application xml file and would require SailPoint Services hours/Partner involvement. For more information, contact the SailPoint Customer Support.

Enter the following command to enable log4j2 tracing on Service Desk component:
