For HCL Domino versions 11 and 12, using the multi-user installation type, copy the notes.ini configuration file from the Data directory to the Notes directory. For example, move the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\HCL\Notes\Data directory to the C:\Program Files(x86)\HCL\Notes directory
