The Generic Service Desk Integration Module(SDIM) helps to perform effective and efficient service management for IdentityIQ services offered to the organization in the ITSM ticketing system and enables customers to create and manage service requests, incidents and change requests. This document describes how to configure the Generic Service Desk Integration Module for IdentityIQ. This integration converts IdentityIQ provisioning actions into tickets in any ITSM ticketing system.

Generic Service Desk Integration Module must be configured by importing application xml file and would require SailPoint Services hours / Partner involvement. For more information, contact the SailPoint Customer Support.

Enter the following command to enable log4j2 tracing on Service Desk component:
