IdentityIQ Configuration

  1. The Cloud Gateway application connects to the load balancer machine in cases where load balancer support is enabled. In this case, provide the credentials to connect to the load balancer machine.

  2. Perform load balancer application test connection to check for a successful connection.

  3. The load balancer application needs to be added under the connector application Proxy configuration.

  4. Save the updated connector application. Before performing any connector operations, it is mandatory to save the application after making post proxy configuration changes.

  5. Running a test connection or connector operation on the connector will send the application.xml with the request and save it to the Cloud Gateway server (this will depend on the server receiving the request from IdentityIQ).
