Load Balancer Configuration Troubleshooting

If the test connection fails with one of the following, perform the suggested resolution:

Resolution:

  • Check if your load balancer machine has multiple IPs. Try performing a test connection with other configured static IP (preferred).

  • Check if the configured port is open and available to connect.

  • Check if the CIBs instance are up and running.

This error is thrown when you are trying to reach https server with http request.

Resolution: Try connecting to the https server with correct port.

Resolution:

  • Provide correct hostname/ IP under domain while creating certificate for a machine.

  • Check DNS mapping on IIQ machines.

Resolution: Check the server logs for error details and hints.
