Load Balancer Configuration Troubleshooting
If the test connection fails with one of the following, perform the suggested resolution:
Resolution:

Check if your load balancer machine has multiple IPs. Try performing a test connection with other configured static IP (preferred).

Check if the configured port is open and available to connect.

Check if the CIBs instance are up and running.
This error is thrown when you are trying to reach https server with http request.
Resolution: Try connecting to the https server with correct port.
Resolution:

Provide correct hostname/ IP under domain while creating certificate for a machine.

Check DNS mapping on IIQ machines.
Resolution: Check the server logs for error details and hints.
