The Rest based integration between SailPoint and the BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk system enables you to create service requests for the configured operations (such as, creating account, removing/deleting access and other operations) using rest APIs. The seamless integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ for the BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk system eliminates the need to build and maintain a custom integration and reduces time-to-deployment.

The configuration of IdentityIQ for BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk uses backend and would require SailPoint Services hours or Partner involvement. For more information, contact SailPoint Customer Support

Currently, the BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk Integration supports only Service Request ticket type.
