The integration between SailPoint and the BMC Helix ITSM Service Desk system enables you to create incidents, change requests, and service requests in the BMC Helix ITSM Service Desk system for configured operations using rest APIs. This eliminates the need to build and maintain a custom integration and reduces time-to-deployment.
