If you encounter any of the following issues or errors, SailPoint recommends that you follow the guidance provided below to resolve the error before contacting SailPoint Support.
Existing assigned entitlement is not visible on remove or change access.
Description: Go to Setup task. Run the Refresh Entitlement Correlation and “Refresh Identity Cube task.
We are not able to assign certain permission sets to users due to some error in policy inside the accountpermissionset.
When we assign these permission sets from browser, we get an error on UI saying policy not found. But, SDK does not throw any error and shows provisioning success. When we do get object, the permission is not returned (as it did not get assigned in first place) so the request does not complete.
