The REST based integration between SailPoint and Atlassian Server Jira Service Management system enables customers to create service request, incident, and change to create service request, incident and change request type of tickets in Atlassian Jira Service Desk Server system for the configured operations (for example, creating account, removing or deleting access and other operations). The seamless integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ for Atlassian Server Jira Service Management system eliminates the need to build and maintain a custom integration and reduces time-to-deployment.
