If you encounter any of the following issues or errors, SailPoint recommends that you follow the guidance provided below to resolve the error before contacting SailPoint Support.

The system displays the following error:
Value for SUPGRPPRF parameter is not correct
Resolution: To remove GRPPRF from the user record, ensure that no SUPGRPPRF is attached to the same user by completing the following:

De-provision SUPGRPPRF first and then GRPPRF for the user.

De-provision SUPGRPPRF and GRPPRF in same request.
