If you encounter any of the following issues or errors, SailPoint recommends that you follow the guidance provided below to resolve the error before contacting SailPoint Support.
Group profile (GRPPRF) is not removed from the user record and request fails with an error
The system displays the following error:
Value for SUPGRPPRF parameter is not correct
Resolution: To remove GRPPRF from the user record, ensure that no SUPGRPPRF is attached to the same user by completing the following:

De-provision SUPGRPPRF first and then GRPPRF for the user.

De-provision SUPGRPPRF and GRPPRF in same request.
Tracing the java calls made by the JTOpen library can be turned on by setting the following JAVA argument
