Deployment Overview for Windows

The basic steps for deploying DPR on Windows are as follows:

Verify that the system meets the requirements for installing Desktop Password Reset (DPR).

For more information, refer to System Requirements for Windows.
Ensure that the administrator has the required permissions to install and configure DPR.

For more information, refer to Administrator Permissions.
Set up a directory containing the files necessary for installing DPR.

For more information, refer to Remote Installation on Windows.
Obtain the public certificate of your Identity Security Cloud instance.
Use the Setup.exe file to install DPR.

Note
Desktop Password Reset only supports 64-bit versions of Windows.
