Connection Settings

Provide the information required to connect to the BMC Remedy or BMC Helix instance.

To configure connection settings, complete the following:

  1. Enter the Service Account name of the administrator of the instance/server.

  2. Enter the Password for the service account.

  3. Enter the Hostname or IP Address of the computer on which the Remedy server is installed.

  4. (Optional) Enter the Port number used for communication.

  5. Select Save.
