Status Mapping

You can map the status of the service request to the corresponding status of activity on the Atlassian Server Jira system. Click Add Status to add another row for status mapping.

For Identity Security Cloud, the types of status are:

  • Committed

  • Queued

  • Failed

For the Atlassian Server Jira managed system, the types of status are dependent upon request type.

Check Status Interval

You can add new status or delete the existing ones to have the Status Mapping section as per your organizational needs. The Atlassian Server Jira Service Desk Integration Module checks the status on tickets at regular intervals. The status must have at least one committed value.
