Creating Atlassian Server Jira Service Desk Integration Module in SailPoint
The Atlassian Server Jira Service Desk Integration Module helps to perform effective and efficient service management for Identity Security Cloud services offered to the organization in the Atlassian Server Jira Service Management system and enables customers to create and manage service request, incident, and change request.
You can integrate a SailPoint source with an Atlassian Server Jira Service Management system for access request and monitor it.
To create an integration, on the Service Desk Integrations page, go to Admin > Connections > Service Desk. Click Create.
