Status Mapping

You can map the service request status to the corresponding status of the activity on the Atlassian Server Jira system.

  1. Select Add Status to add another row for status mapping.

  2. Enter an Identity Security Cloud Status. The types are:

    • Committed

    • Queued

    • Failed

  1. Enter the Atlassian Cloud Jira SDIM Status, the types are dependent upon the request type

Check Status Interval

You can add and delete a status as per your organizational needs. The Atlassian Server Jira Service Desk Integration Module checks the status on tickets at regular intervals.
