Creating Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Desk Integration Module in SailPoint

The Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Desk Integration Module helps to perform effective and efficient service management for Identity Security Cloud services offered to the organization in the Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management system. It enables customers to create and manage service requests, incidents, and change requests.

You can integrate a SailPoint source with the Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management system for access requests and to monitor it.

To create an integration, on the Service Desk Integrations page, go to Admin > Connections > Service Desk, and select Create.
