Integrating SailPoint with Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management

Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management is a software platform that supports IT service management and automates common business processes for requesting and fulfilling service requests across a business enterprise.

This document describes how to configure IdentityNow's Service Desk Integration Module. It converts IdentityNow provisioning actions into tickets in Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management system.

Currently, the Atlassian Cloud Jira integration supports only the Service Request and Incident ticket types.

You must have an active IdentityNow Atlassian Cloud Jira license to use this integration. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
